Terms & Conditions for jita7

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the jita7 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance is equivalent to a written signature and is legally enforceable.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by jita7, including but not limited to: online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, slot machines, promotional offers, and any future products or features added to the platform.

jita7 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

2 Eligibility

To use jita7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jita7 enforces a strict 21+ policy and may request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a corporation, trust, or third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit you from gambling.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of jita7, or an immediate family member of such a person.

jita7 does not knowingly permit minors to use the platform. If we discover that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be voided in their entirety.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one active account on jita7. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the device, email address, phone number, payment method, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Bangladeshi mobile number. You must notify jita7 promptly if any of your registered details change.

• Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be closed without notice.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential at all times.
• jita7 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Any activity performed through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility.
• You must report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to our support team at [email protected] without delay.

jita7 reserves the right to carry out identity verification ("KYC") procedures at any time. We may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of ownership of the payment method used. Accounts that fail KYC checks will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until the matter is resolved.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jita7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and are displayed at the time of transaction.

• Deposits are typically credited to your jita7 wallet within a few minutes of confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our payments team and are generally processed within a few hours for verified accounts.
• jita7 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile banking provider may apply their own transfer fees.
• All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification.

jita7 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, jita7 may request additional documentation before processing the transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jita7 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the specific terms associated with each offer.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• jita7 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes, or engaging in matched betting through jita7's own markets — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Players who have self-excluded or are subject to responsible gaming restrictions are not eligible for promotional offers.

6 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on jita7 are governed by the rules established by the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Play'n GO). In the event of any inconsistency between jita7's general terms and a provider's specific game rules, the provider's rules shall prevail for that game.

For sports betting, the following general principles apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• jita7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced, where the outcome was known at the time of placement, or where the bet was placed as a result of a technical error in the odds feed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. jita7 is not liable for delays in updating in-play prices during periods of high server traffic.

For live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, the outcomes of all rounds are determined by the respective provider's certified RNG or by the physical dealing of cards and spinning of wheels at the provider's studio. jita7 has no influence over the outcome of any live casino game.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jita7 and may result in account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of winnings, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, the sportsbook, or the platform interface.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or tournament format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to generate illegitimate credits or winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Using the platform to launder money, fund illegal activities, or conduct transactions in violation of Bangladesh's Anti-Money Laundering Act or any applicable law.

• Impersonating another player, jita7 staff member, or any third party.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to obscure your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

8 Responsible Gaming

jita7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on the platform. We recognise that a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviours, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• A self-exclusion tool is available to any player who wishes to temporarily or permanently restrict their access to jita7. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.

9 Intellectual Property

• The jita7 brand name, logo, and associated marks may not be used in any context that suggests an endorsement or affiliation without express authorisation.
• Game assets, including graphics and sound effects, remain the intellectual property of the respective game providers and are licensed to jita7 for display purposes only.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jita7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to system outages, network failures, or force majeure events beyond jita7's reasonable control.
• Delays in processing transactions caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Errors in odds displayed due to data feed failures from third-party sports data providers.
• Interruptions to live casino streams caused by the provider's studio infrastructure.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where jita7 was not at fault.

jita7's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jita7 account in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

jita7 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by jita7 — including your name, contact information, payment details, and betting history — is used solely for the purposes of operating the platform, complying with legal obligations, and improving the player experience. jita7 does not sell personal data to third parties.

12 Amendments to These Terms

13 Governing Law & Disputes
